Does your price include breakfast & government taxes? what else do we have to pay additionally?

Answer: Most prices include breakfast & all taxes otherwise stated at the time of booking. We always state clearly what you have to pay from the beginning. There are absolutely no hidden costs after your booking.

How do I cancel my bookings? & any cancellation fees?

Answer: Cancellation must be sent to our offices by email, fax. Please see our Terms & Conditions for cancellation fees

What happen if my booking is not shown on hotel’s check in system?
Answer: Please make sure that your name matches the one you have given us. Also check with hotel that you have booked through treksapavietnam.com. Otherwise, please call hotline for assistance.

What should I do if my belongings disappear from my room?
Answer: Contact hotel’s manager if you are at a hotel or the captain if you are on board immediately, if necessary, police will be involved. Please contact us if possible, Trekking in Sapa will try our best to help sort things out for you. However, we’ve got no responsibility for any problems at your hotels or on board.

Can I change the current hotel room if I am not happy with it?
Answer: You can ask hotel manager or contact us with a fair reason to do that.
